Get paid for the experiments you've already run.
AI companies want years of study plans, go/no-go decisions, deviations, CAPAs and project email. Patient and trial-participant data stay out. We check if yours qualify, introduce you to the right buyer and stay with you until you're paid.
Two minutes. No access to your systems. Nothing upfront.
What biotech and life-sciences companies like yours can earn.
It depends mostly on how many scientists, quality and office staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.
Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means scientists, quality and office staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.
Recent deals
CAD drawings, calculations, technical reports and specs.
Five years of workpapers, reconciliations, financial models and tax files.
Communications, product knowledge, order history and supplier records.
No biotech or life-sciences company has published a deal yet. These are the closest published comparisons from other industries in 2026, as reported by the firms that did them. Not independently verified. Owners aren't named.
What buyers pay for in biotech and life sciences
AI has read the published papers. It has almost never seen how a lab plans, reviews and kills an experiment, or how a quality team closes a deviation.
Study plans and go/no-go decisions
How experiments get planned, reviewed and stopped, and why one candidate moves forward while another is dropped. Almost none of this is public.
Lives inBenchling, ELN notes, Confluence, email
Deviations, CAPAs and change controls
How a GxP problem gets found, investigated, traced to a root cause and closed, and what changed so it doesn't happen again.
Lives inVeeva Vault, MasterControl, LabWare or STARLIMS
Tech transfer and batch-record review
How a process moves from the lab to a plant or partner site, and how batch records get reviewed, queried and released.
Lives inVeeva Vault, SAP or NetSuite, SharePoint, Box
CRO, vendor and programme management
How studies get outsourced, tracked and escalated, how programme reviews decide what gets funded, and how submission work gets planned. The process, not the dossier.
Lives inSmartsheet, Jira, Teams or Slack, email
Your clients and team are never named.
Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

Re: Go/no-go, HLV-2207, study TOX-24-031
Potency assay repeated three times; IC50 holds at 40 nM. The heart-safety margin is only 8x, below our 30x bar. I recommend no-go on HLV-2207 and moving HLV-2231 into the rat study at Brightmoor Labs. Data in Benchling, entry ELN-0482. Call me on 617-555-0164.

Re: Deviation DEV-24-117, batch LT-5582, fill line 2
The bioburden sample at step 14 was taken 40 minutes late. Product impact assessed as low; batch on QA hold. Root cause: the shift handover checklist skips step 14. CAPA-0391 adds the step and retrains both shifts by 15 May, and change control CC-0208 updates the SOP. Kestrel Pharma has been told, as the quality agreement requires.

Re: Escalation: study ARP-6610, bioanalysis report three weeks late
The draft report was due 2 April and we still have no date. Our programme review on the 28th depends on it. Please send a recovery plan by Friday, or we move the remaining samples to Tessaro Analytics under the master agreement. Call me on 857-555-0119.

8–16 weeksBiotech and life-sciences companies with years of decisions in writing.
- 30+ scientists, quality and office staff, now or at your peak
- 5+ years on the same email and lab or quality tools
- Work run in writing: ELN notes, study plans, deviations, email
- Patient, trial-participant and partner-confidential data can be kept apart
- US, Canada or UK, mostly in English
Patient, trial-participant and genetic data from people are left out by default, and you don't need them to qualify. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.
Questions owners ask us
What about patient, trial-participant and genetic data?
Left out by default. Buyers want the operational and scientific-process record: study plans, ELN notes, deviations, CAPAs, tech transfer and project email. Anything with PHI, clinical-trial participant data or genetic data from people stays out, and you approve the scope in writing.
Does this fit our GxP and privacy obligations?
That depends on your contracts and where you operate, so check with your quality, compliance or privacy lead before you sign. You see the scope, the de-identification method and a sample of your own records early, so they have everything they need to review.
Can we keep formulations and partner data out?
Yes. Trade-secret formulations and process details, and anything a partner or client shared under a confidentiality agreement, can be excluded. You approve the scope in writing.
Who handles our records?
The buyer extracts and de-identifies them under the licence you sign. Residual never holds, cleans or touches your data. We value the records, find the buyer and negotiate the licence.
Will scientists, partners or compounds be named?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers, partner names and compound, batch and study IDs are replaced with consistent placeholders before anything is delivered, and you approve a sample of your own records first.
Who counts toward the 30 staff?
Everyone whose work is in writing: scientists and research associates, QA and QC, manufacturing staff who write batch records, project managers, regulatory, and business teams such as finance, procurement and IT.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
